When I put my headphones into the computer and then into my ears I hear a sort of breeze in my ears, a sort of broken up buzzing sound. The sound will occasionally stop, although it does not seem to be directly related to what programs I have running and what buttons I press, I think there is either a more random or, in the opposite direction, a more thoughtful pattern to this 'static'. Is my computer trying to tell me something or is there another explanation for this?
I did do computing in High School but I don't think we covered noises from headphones.
